Dr. Fong is beyond exceptional and this practice is fantastic. They are continuously efficient, caring, responsive and provide an extremely high standard of care while being upfront about costs and expectations with insurance. Best optometrist I have seen in years.
Dr. Fong is great and the customer service here is impeccable. Everyone in the place seems to be having a great experience - including me. It’s a well run optometrist practice. Highly recommended!
Although I was not yet a patient with their clinic, (my long time optometrist was closed Monday), Dr. Fong actually helped repair my computer glasses (nose piece) without any fee!!! Wow, that is seriously super cool service. A definite generosity rarely found nowadays. I'd recommend to friends and family (in case they need to seek urgent Optometry help on a Monday haha).
