Bonnie & her team are AMAZING! If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She helped us sell our mother's house which was in bad shape from years of neglect. My parents had not updated the house for 30 years, it needed a new roof, things were falling apart and it was definitely a "contractor's special." We agreed to sell it as is, but even then, it needed work before we could put it on the market. Bonnie & her team introduced us to all the right contractors to get the house ready for sale. She kept us on track, making sure we kept on top of things to keep the projects moving.

Bonnie was very hands on with my sale. She made sure the house looked as well as any buyer could desire; she was there from the initial walk through with the inspector to the open houses. She worked closely with my stager and contractor to ensure every little detail was taken care of. Her marketing was also top notch, incorporating video and brochures to attract a wide audience. She responded by text to my questions within the hour. The result of all these efforts and teamwork was a great offer accepted and a a smooth sale. I couldn’t be happier with the offer we received.
