For someone who has never been to Polk, this location of this studio has allowed me to not only get my workout in, but also explore the lovely boutiques that line the streets. I took the Buns & Guns class led by Julie. During this time (~12:30 PM), there was plenty of street parking and I had no trouble finding a spot only two minutes (walk) away from the studio. The moment I walked in, I was greeted and checked in. Lockers are near the front desk, and they noted that they locked the front doors during class for safety which was comforting to know. I came in the other day for my first Pilates class ever, it was such a good experience front desk was welcoming & very helpful with info. My instructor was Charlotte she was such a patient instructor & very sweet! My body is really sore from the session I'm so happy! I will be returning soon
I love BodyRok! The classes are challenging and energizing, and the upbeat music and colorful lighting adds to the experience. I've enjoyed every instructor I've taken classes with, but Julie is my favorite!
