Jess was my piercer and she did a FANTASTIC job. I’m only leaving this review because I am so impressed and amazed with her skills & she deserves the praise. I had to re-pierce one of my nipples (took bar out over a year ago) and was very nervous about it since I’ve never done a re-piercing. Idk how she did it but she managed to put the piercing right back in its original space. Absolutely zero bleeding, crusting or pain, even after 2 weeks post-visit. It’s like a dream compared to the healing process I had with the original piercing. Jess is AMAZING and if I ever want a new piercing I will be coming back to body manipulations/Jess. Went and had my second chest piercing done here. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to my requests, and they had me in and out super fast, I did make a appointment online prior to arriving so I’m sure that expedited the whole experience, so I would recommend make the appointment. But all in all I was very satisfied and will be going in again in the future for my next piercing.
I came here after work on a weekday to get my conch and helix pierced. Parking in SF is generally a pain, but I was able to find street parking just fine. It wasn't too busy, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful in assisting me with picking out my jewelry before getting pierced. She gave great recommendations in terms of styling and why to choose a stud vs. hoops. Apparently starting off with a stud promotes better healing for the piercing initially. When I met with my piercer he was also very helpful in explaining everything he was doing and why. I appreciate this because I do get pretty nervous when getting piercings.
