The clinic may present some accessibility challenges, such as heavy entry doors, but overall, it is a friendly place where both animals and their owners are treated with care. The staff is polite, patiently answering multiple questions with understanding, and the prices are competitive. The recommendations and advice provided by the clinic are pragmatic and sound, and the doctors, especially Doctor Lee, take senior pets into consideration and do not charge for unnecessary services. The Blue Cross Pet Hospital is highly recommended for excellent care and quality treatment for pets.

It’s amazing to think about how long we’ve been coming to Blue Cross Pet Hospital. I first heard about them almost 10 years ago from my neighbor, who told me that dogs should have a dental cleaning at least once a year, or at the very least every two years. At the time, that idea felt so unusual to me. Where I come from, dogs were simply considered pets, and dental care for them wasn’t something people really thought about.

We have the best experience here. Both of our cats have seen Dr. Kim and she’s an absolute delight to work with. She has a lot of empathy for the cats and give a lot of practical advice, from helping me introducing the cats with one another to getting them used to teeth brushing. The assistants are also wonderful. They made sure our cats are comfortable for the nail trims and the shots with Churu 🤣😂.
Love Blue Cross Pet Hospital and highly recommend. I've been taking my rescue dog who doesn't like strangers and vets to this location for almost two years now.
The vet and vet techs are all very friendly, thorough in exams/explanations, and takes a balanced approach in recommending procedures, tests, and medications based on risk/pet emotional & physical health/cost.
Special shoutout to Pearla who extremely helpful and patient in answering my long list of very thorough questions over the phone.
