Easy to book exactly what I wanted. Nice open space, easy to find in Macy's. I got a warm welcome. Sarah was ready for me, even though I was a little early. Sarah was great at communicating the options, what she recommended, and what she was doing. Her experience and skills were top notch. She listened well and was proactive in making suggestions. Friendly, calm, caring, and efficient. I already booked my return appointment. Highly recommended.

I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with my eyebrows for a while. I consulted with Lovelyn and she curated a look for me that I Love. I had the lamination service with some threading and it looks amazing my eyebrows look thick like I like them and have a beautiful shape to them.
