To the douchebag pos named "Donald McClintic" who just left this place a nasty review on 03/25/24 - I would like to chime in as I was a client who was there and witnessed the whole thing. First of all, this person left out a ton of information about the whole situation. He had never called ahead of time to see if his bird could get seen on an emergency. The owner told the receptionist he just "looked up the clinic" and decided to come (what an idiot). This place is by appointments only and you always need to call ahead of time. Personally, I don’t trust any other vet for my birds. Since Dr. Dustin and now Dr. Marcucci, I’ve always had good outcomes with my birds. It can be expensive but I don’t think that’s any different from anywhere else. Healthcare is expensive for animals and humans. I appreciate it their expertise.
Staff is incredibly friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable. Very happy they were able to take care of my Guinea pig, when we needed it the most. With the shortage of exotic vets, I was feeling helpless and sad for my furry baby.Thank you Bay Area bird staff! You guys are amazing.
