Art was excellent. I was struggling with a couple electrical circuits that went down, including one connected to the fridge. I tried unplugging things and resetting the breakers multiple times, but to no avail. He not only new exactly what to do, but he showed me how I can fix this kind of problem myself if it were to happen in the future. On top of all that, he took a quick look at the ventilation system in my apartment free of charge. It was very clogged and overdue for a cleaning, and showed me what I can do for a basic cleaning myself if I so choose, which I will!
