Thank you Enrique. This review is long overdue, the reason is because I wanted to wait to see if the problem completely went away. It's been almost a year and sure enough my toilet has not backed up. Thanks to Enrique he spotted the problem and crawled underneath my crawl space in my unit and took care of the problem that was causing my toilet to back up a couple of times a month. Again, thank you Enrique and Arch plumbing.
