Too bad I can't give negative stars. I live next to a remodeling project for which Rivera is responsible. For the SECOND time, they have left the construction site KNOWiNG there is a dead battery in the smoke detector that beeps incessantly. Not only is that dangerous (especially on a construction site), but also very rude for the neighborhood. After I called, I was told that there is nothing on the site that would cause a beeping noise. I pleaded (begged) for Mr Rivera to send someone to investigate (after all, it was the second time this happened). His response "I have a life" and then hung up on me. Rivera Construction carried us over the finish line in a complex and difficult to manage construction project. I would, and have, recommended them without reservation!
