Alignment Therapeutic Massage

I've had my fair share of massages over the past 10 years, but when I became pregnant...I had no idea what a pre-natal massage consisted of. I reached out to a number of businesses, and Tsering responded and explained to me what would happen. Well, I decided to come try a prenatal massage out with Tsering and I absolutely LOVE her. Obviously the first thing she does is make sure you're comfortable. The table is heated as well.. at first, I thought it would get too hot but I end up just melting into the table (in a good way). My insurance covers massage, so when I called to make an appointment, I asked for their licensed certification and insurance diagnosis code to get pre-authorization from my insurance. The person on the other line said she would only provide her license certification AFTER the treatment. This is illegal, and super sketchy. Person who responded was very unprofessional. She interrupted me and had to call me back on a different phone number. The woman's responses conveyed a lack of basic customer service, and I wouldn't recommend. What a mind bogling conversation. Too bad because her online booking would have been convenient

I have had hundreds of massages over the years and she is one of my best/favorite massage therapist so far. She knows what she is doing and each massage is truly relaxing. I highly recommend this lady.
