This experience was about as good as it gets. Air Flow Pros came to assess our needs within 24 hours of our initial call and were able to replace our furnace within 48 hours of our initial call. In addition, the workers were here on time, were courteous, efficient, respectful of our property and cleaned up without any evidence of work having been done. Would recommend Air Flow Pros without hesitation.
Jose did a very thorough job cleaning our furnaces and explaining potential future needs of the units. The person issuing the bill for Air Flow (via email) may have omitted an explanation so we were initially confused, but Jose called me on the phone to explain all aspects of the servicing in detail, and added a 10% discount.
