I called Tuesday to ask if they are available on Sunday for notarization and was responsive and said yes without scheduling an appointment but need to call or text 1 to 2 hours in advance. We came all the way from Pittsburg to have this important document signed and gone our way to make sure that we will be there. I called 2hrs in advance to confirm that we will be there, he then said he is not available. NOT a good service especially that we came from a different city.
