I had bad pain down the back of my legs and especially behind my knees. I spent a year going to doctors and to their referrals for neurology tests, MRIs, sonograms, x-rays, blood work-ups, back specialists, PT and acupuncture. Mike is super knowledgeable and has really unique and effective ways of diagnosing and treating injuries and chronic pain. He offers pilates, TRX, traditional weight training and more. Something for everyone. Check him out!

Mike is the BEST! I’ve been working with him for about a year now and he’s helped me so much with my chronic pain. He customized exercises that don’t aggravate my pain points but still provide me with a challenging workout. I feel stronger and longer than when I first started seeing him. He also has a funny sense of humor and is very entertaining with his lively conversation. If you haven’t seen Mike yet give him a try. He’s worth it!
