Nurse Ayleena as well as my doctor Nancy Kisner were both very friendly and accommodating, knowledgeable and happy to share their knowledge, made my visit easy and quick, were great listeners, took their time answering all of my questions, and overall made what could have been a tedious process very pleasant. Having had prior bad experiences at other Urgent Care centers in the past, this experience was overwhelmingly positive and restored my faith in the Urgent Care system. Ayleena was great. She addressed all of my fears and questions, listened to all my symptoms and was meticulous in charting all my symtoms. She made sure that my second appointment went really well. Left feeling so much better. 5/5

My experience at Action Urgent Care was great! Nurse on site was able to quickly get me to be seen by a doctor virtually who was located at their San Jose clinic. Medications were sent next door the pharmacy. Overall great experience with very minimal wait time. Glad I found their clinic and will come to them again for any urgent care needs
