I hadn't gotten a facial since my mom made me get one in high school about 20 years ago, so I don't have a ton of experience to draw from, but I had a couple of skin issues pop up in the last year and Jen was awesome. She made me feel super comfortable given the newness of the whole skin care world for me, she totally took care of my mid life forehead break out, and best of all, she's really interesting to talk to. I imagine she's awesome at all of the other treatments she offers & I highly recommend checking her out. Jen rocks!

I came here since it was one of the only places I could find that could do a brazilian waxing appointment on such short notice, and I'm so glad I found this place on Yelp because Jen is such a doll. She's super friendly and nice, and the easy-going conversations with her make it easier to not focus on the waxing part, lol. She definitely knows what she's doing since it didn't seem to hurt as much as it sometimes down at other places.
