We have used 21st Century for multiple projects. During COVID we had a water leak into our living room. The ceiling is plaster with moldings from the '30s. They did an outstanding job. The work is meticulous. After all the sanding, I assumed I'd have a dust clean up mess...the room was spotless. They just finished a porch for us...again all workers masked and respectful of safety. All work is permitted and passes on first inspection. Great company!
These folks do it all. Replaced dry rotted deck beams in the back; repaired and painted the front mini deck; replaced the kitchen counter tops, sink, and floor; installed new indoor staircase handrails ( much improved design); painted the house inside and out (looks beautiful!); and installed new carpet throughout. I would still be interviewing carpenters, painters, etc but 21st Century has teams to do all this. They coordinate their schedules and tasks perfectly, and ... they are all wonderful, polite, hard working and skilled laborers. My wife and I are 100% satisfied!
