After reading the reviews, I have decided to share my experience. I brought my 10-month-old cat in for a medical emergency (a large open wound on her body) and the drive was 15 minutes from my home. I walked in with panic and the staff immediately brought me to a room in the back and had Dr. Park take a close look along with his assistant/nurse. They assured me she would be okay, gave me an estimate to sign, and asked me to deposit half to begin the surgery. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, seriously! I had a great experience with the staff and service. They were great with my dog and price was great. The only down part was a little tight for waiting area and no parking lot. Had to cross the street with my injured dog who weighs 50pounds injured paw. ?

Im always so overwhelmingly surprised when I give a place a try and it's much better than I expected. I was initially apprehensive because of the location and seemingly humble nature of the office, but what a good lesson in not judging a book by its cover. The office staff, the techs and the vet were exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. They diagnosed my senior dog with dental issues and laid out a plan that was $800 less than another nearby vet. Maybe the less expensive venue and humble setting mean less overhead and the savings are reflected in the prices. That made me happy. It's a shame the negative reviews of this business are so acidic.
