Si pudiera dar cero estrella lo haría. esta señora es fraude. Nunca contesta las llamadas y pague por un álbum de firmas y puso fotos q nada q ver con lo que supuestamente esperaba , no recomiendo este lugar para nada es lo peor les muestro el libro de firmas q me dieron pagado $300 creen q vale la pena pagar por esto , no vallan a este lugar , se arrepentirán como yo, no cometan mi error aléjense de este negocio fraudulento

I dont recommend this place at all so bad service shes so rude and gave us and the Chambelánes the suits all dirty ripped and shes just so disorganized super bad My mom went in there to get her brimade dresses they instead of helping us she was just sitting down not even they to sell idk how she can keep up with this wack ass business Terrible

This review is solely based on the customer service, as Isabel has yet to provide her services. I hired Isabel at Maclay Wedding Supply to make all the floral arrangements and bouquets for my September 2018 wedding. Upon first meeting her she was pleasant but very persistent to get the sale, that should have been an indication to run, anyway, I hired her left a large deposit. She wouldn't take anything other than cash (another red flag I should have caught) and since then she's been MIA. When I've visited the shop she is never available and no one is willing to assist, she doesn't answer or return calls or texts. My wedding is less then two months away and now I'm stuck scrambling trying to find another florist because I fear that she won't come thru the day of my wedding. Who knows if she will even return my deposit. I'm not counting on it that's for sure. No one should have to deal with the stress created by this situation, so please let this place be your last resort. I will post an update if it becomes available.
