I'm a Realtor and have worked with Victor the owner of Armas Construction on construction projects for my investor clients and have always had a wonderful experience. He is very attentive, hardworking and diligent about making everything right. Victor is on top of the subcontractors to make sure everyone is on it and makes sure you are absolutely satisfied. Found Armas Construction via Yelp and was very happy with them. The owner Victor was very helpful, communicative, and professional. His crew repaired my damaged condo balcony including new waterproofing. It looks better than it did before it needed repair. Their workmaship was good and the crew was efficient and was careful to make sure they didn't make too much of a mess. I was very grateful that Victor was easy to text, so I could easily communicate during work. Would use again!
