“very clean.the staffs are amazing. it is my first time doing yoga and I felt intimidated even coming to one, but this place is amazing. I felt welcomed.“
“The body center has been a great experience so far I went in and I'm still going in for my IT band and wrist pain. From the receptionist to the main therapist Deanna they are all great, work with my schedule, and I have been progressing every week since my pain is 90% gone. The facility is nice, they have a lot of equipment, unlimited exercises and stretches and will give you some extracurricular activities as well on the reformer. Highly recommended“
“At the end of last year my husband was diagnosed with Gillian Barre syndrome (A nerve condition). After being released from the hospital he continued to struggle with mobility. Acupuncture was suggested to us as a way to help him heal. We chose Dr. Garcia because of his Google reviews and we are thankful that we did.
His treatments have been very helpful in the recovery process. Dr. Garcia is knowledgeable, kind, and gentle. He cares about his patients and works diligently to come up with the best possible treatment plan for each individual patient.
The combination of acupuncture and herbal remedies has made a big difference in my husband’s healing. We are grateful to him and highly recommend Dr. Garcia.“
“Dr. Blied is generous with her time and expertise. She exudes warmth and an impressive command over her craft. I highly recommend Dr. Blied; she is a thoughtful and caring provider of mental health services.“
“I started taking classes at Claremont Yoga in February of this year. Everyone has been kind and supportive. I usually take Jenna and Gwen's classes, which I love. Monica is also great. It's a welcoming environment and feels safe.“
“This is a great studio! I signed up for the $44 unlimited for new students bc it was such a great way to try different teachers. I am so glad I did! I've practiced yoga for over 30 years and taught for many years. This is such a great community of people and i'm glad i found the studio!“
“I can't say enough about TAG Yoga! Two years ago I had a stroke and it caused right side weakness, backpain, and neck pain. A friend recommended TAG Yoga. I've only been going for a couple of weeks but I really see improvements! I feel stronger on my right side, my backpain has subsided, and I feel I'm getting better sleep! Tina and Angie are great instructors. They are patient and help you get to the correct positions without making you look d**** The posses are very smooth and seamless transitions. To top it off, parking is a breeze and prices are super reasonable. I highly recommend TAG Yoga; it really helps people who are in similar situations as me and also for anyone who wants to feel more healthy.“
“David, the owner and teacher, has more than 40 years career in teaching yoga. Lots of students follow with him are more than 5 years. The classes type is hot yoga basically with traditional Hatha yoga. You can join any classes, no level difference. $120 monthly, unlimited, as long as you have time to come. I think only nonprofit organization can do it like this. In here, we like a big yoga family. David creates a mutual training environment, senior students practice with junior one. We make jokes to each other and share some of our life matters during the class. This is why we are more like a big family, watching each others and caring each others. Most importantly, here, you always can hear laughing. Joyful is priceless, and I can find it from here.“
“Yay I can now be a pole dancer!!Suck on that Mr White!!I told you I would get there eventually!“
“Ms Sara is the owner and a gem and so are all her dance teachers. My daughter has attended the dance studio on and off and was even part of the competition team, the dancers here were all kind and sweet to my daughter and you can feel the camaraderie of this studio . My daughters dance and technique improved tremendously under the supervision of Ms Sara and Ms Leslie. The teachers are highly skilled, the pricing is good and the dancers that come out of this studio are great. I highly recommend this dance studio“
“Met with my personal trainer in this space and really loved it! Simple room with plenty of props and accessories. No mirrors. Warm vibe. Appreciated the flip book of nearby yoga events and other reading materials.“
“Wonderful Teacher! Best yoga class I have ever taken. I highly recommend taking a class with Yoga Om Shanti.“
“M Power Yoga is amazing! I was visiting the area and ended up getting a multiple class pass, and then ended up booking an additional 3 classes during my stay because the instructors and the environment were so welcoming and supportive. I was on vacation, but I really appreciated the various levels of mental and physical intensity I was able achieve just through trying different classes. I recommend downloading their app, which keeps track of your schedule and sends you email reminders. Mat Pilates with Stephanie was a perfect workout, and both Gentle Yoga instructors were incredible at tying mind and body together. The Hot Yoga classes were challenging, but I came out feeling strong and capable, and will definitely return!“
“I have signed up through ClassPass for Y6 Hot a few times now, and LOVE practicing hot yoga here! Upon walking in, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming when checking you in. During my first class, I loved that they had my name down on the whiteboard as a welcome note. The studio overall is clean and I loved that the bathroom had goodies if needed (spray deoderant/tampons/pads/tissues). They also have a storage room you go into to borrow the props they have (yoga bolsters, straps, yoga blocks). They have one yoga room/space; I recommend getting there at least 10-15 minutes before class to get space for your yoga mat in the studio, especially as classes are filled with other students too. I love how the instuctors here are so empowering, and genuinly love teaching yoga! Hot yoga has done wonders for my health, and I leave each session feeling AMAZING and wanting to come back again! One thing I wish is that the music was played a tad lower because I sometimes can hear the music over the instructor (even with their microphone on). Otherwise, the instructors are easy to follow and I truly enjoy coming to YogaSix Chino Hills.“
“Being my first class ever, the session with Janelle in the chromonyasa sound bath was absolutely healing! It was a class I did not know I needed so badly! I did not expect to feel and experience what I did in the room. It was so intense, and scary all at the same time and I had visuals that were giving me anxiety BUT IVE NEVER FELT MORE SAFE to be able to release the emotions in that space. ? I felt so relieved and calm leaving KIN. I am so excited to continue my healing journey with Kin and am so grateful to Janelle for today’s session. ? From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. ?“
“Awesome place. Was wonderful with my kids. Highly recommend. Mr. Frack was wonderful teaching kids both discipline and self confidence.“
“I love this studio the instructors are sweet and encouraging. The classes are challenging and worth the workout. Only thing is I might have to change studios as they dont offer enough early evening classes. It would be great if they offered more evening classes for Vianna and Neil.“
“This studio is immensely helpful and healthy, it truly has turned my life around and made me healthier than ever, I'm just at a loss for words. Even the teachers there are filled with love I highly recommend this beloved space, it's like a family in there.“
“By far the best massage I've had in a long time. I'd never had a Thai massage before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was better than I could've imagined. The knots in my shoulder blades and arms got worked out like never before. The masseuse took her time and made it a relaxing experience. My favorite part was the head massage at the end. I'll definitely be going back.“
“Clean, airy, and well-lit. Friendly staff. Good selection of machines, although do expect to wait a couple minutes at peak hours for the popular ones. They offer small free locked lockers for expensive items like watches and keys, big lockers for everything else (BYO lock). TSA lock works fine. Smoothie bar and other amenities. Demographic skews older (think 30+) and Asian/Hispanic. Music selection is subpar but then what gym’s isn’t. Good place to eat a Gogurt.“
“I live right down block from Upland gym and it is FILTHY, NEVER ANY wipes in any station, you can visibly see sweat stains on machines there and all weights out of place, horrible, I drive a bit out of way to Laverne as it is way way way cleaner, stocked with wipes, not very packed, weights are not all over the place, everyone there is pretty good about re racking and places weights back. Can't complain. Wish Upland location was cleaner and a more pleasant visit since I could literally walk there.“
“It is a very large place with many things to do, only some have a swimming pool and in general the place is beautiful and worth the cost if you do most of the activities they offer.“
“I have had nothing but positive experiences here with staff. I came in with my sister a few weeks ago and the gentleman up front assisted us with a day pass for her. He was informative, patient and overall super helpful. My sister loved it and will be signing up soon. Even the janitor was helpful when I asked a question. This gym is spacious and is always clean. There's plenty of machines to use even on busy days! This is probably the best gym I've been to in the IE.“
“Highly recommend this gym. The coaches are amazing and help push to reach your goal. I joined 3 months ago and now I have more energy and feel stronger. Everyone is so nice and supportive no matter what level of fitness you are at.“
