I first saw Whole House Fan Company 9 years ago at the Orange County Fair. I had them install a fan in my home as I did not have AC at the time and everything was great! I have been more than pleased with their product. Fast forward 9 years later and my fan just stopped working. I called to have them come out and they identified the problem was with my remotes. They had died and were not made anymore. Whole house was able to upgrade me to newer remotes under my parts warranty and my fan now works once again! I am beyond satisfied with the product, customer service and service tech/installer who fixed it.

We were so happy with our experience and we LOVE our house fan. Most of the year it's all we need to keep our house comfortable and is obviously so much more efficient. Would highly recommend the product and company!
