I dropped off a pair of slacks and a shirt. Showed the small stain to them. They said that would be no problem. Went to pick up the clothes and checked it. The stain was still there. I told Him I needed it for Saturday. He said sorry, that will be 13.00 dollars. I told him again, i needed it fo Saturday. He said next it will be free. That doesn’t fix the problem now. I would give a 0 but it don’t have that option. I DO NOT recommend this place.

5 minutes agoNEW Critical: Quality, Value I went to get my dress dry cleaned. I picked it up, and removed the paper wrapper when I got home, and noticed the dress, which was strapless, was pinned on the front, with safety pins, to a regular hanger. Pretty upsetting, since this causes small holes on the dress. It's pretty common sense and knowledge to use clip hangers with strapless dresses. Even retail stores do this, even Ross. Though they're small holes, they still damage your dress. Imagine if it had been a satin material? They could have bought even cheap clip hangers, which would be fine. I would have even brought my own had I known they would have done this. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here.
