“Josephine and Lorena are simply amazing at what they do! I actually found them here on Yelp and decided to give them a try because of the good reviews and proximity to my home. The first project I had for them was altering my mom's wedding dress from 30 years ago into a short dress I could wear for my bridal shower. Lorena spent at least an hour working on getting the length right, and even recommended a cute bustle design in the back to keep the wedding dress aesthetic. They pay so much attention to the details and truly care about how the garment will look once altered. My next project was my wedding dress, and although it was multiple layers, with lace and beading, needed a bustle added, and brought in at the top and shortened all around, they took it on. I spent at least 2 hours in the dress while they were on the floor putting pins in all around, to make sure it was altered just right. I was so impressed by how they work together and pay attention to every inch of the dress. I had two fittings and both times, I could tell how much they cared about getting it just right for me. The dress fits me like a glove now and the bustle is perfect! I did make sure to bring my wedding dress in months ahead of time so they didn't have to rush, but even so, they got it back to me a month before my wedding day. Amazing! Both projects were priced very fairly and I'm so impressed with how they turned out. I've received so many complements already. “Alterations: First time using this place because my usual place seamstress was on vacation and I needed alternation for pants with a quick turnaround time for a wedding. After many other failed attempts, I found this hidden gem and she came to my rescue. I say hidden gem because it's not in a noticeable location. There's a Starbucks across from it that I frequent all the time and I never knew this place was there. I only knew it was there because google said. Anyways, she was my hero. “This is a small family business and the owners are very sweet and professional.I was looking for a local dry cleaning place to have my clothes dry cleaned and stumbled upon this gem. They're very friendly, professional, and accommodating. They're always on time when your clothes are ready.They also provide alterations and tailoring. I inquired about tailoring one of my pajama pants (she called them sentimental pajamas because she told me it would cost more to tailor it then just buying a new one, but I told her my wife got it for me and it has sentimental value to me lol). She respected my decision and she ended up tailoring the way I want it and I was very happy and grateful with her work and the results!They're very honest with you and will not upsell their services. They will only tell you what's needed to be done to your clothes (i.e. your fitting, hemming, etc.). “Pre-2020 I used another dry cleaners. Post pandemic they went out of business. Let's be real now I don't use clothes that require dry cleaners as much. However, with the holidays I needed an item cleaned. I am so glad I found Rosa!! She's reasonable and does a great job. I even had a zipper repaired.I will suggest to her that she be reliable on hours of operation based on what's on Yelp. I looked it up and said 2pm.Happen to call and she said she was closing at 1pm.
