I was having a significant problem with a black stripe on every page printed. Looking for a repair place, I happened on Safety Nett. Omigosh, they were wonderful on the phone and fixed my issue by offering help and guidance on the spot. Thank you, Safety Nett! You were a godsend! If I could leave more that 5 stars I would!

Very professional- you can tell they really know their stuff. Very reasonable prices. My printer was fixed and ready for pick up earlier then they said it would be. Would highly recommend them.
