“I've had the opportunity to use Preferred Roofing's services throughout the years so I am confident to be able to write this review. The first time was to redo the roof of the faux balcony and removal of an old, non-functioning solar water heater from the roof (think solar panel/sky light). Tiles were added to fill in the new gap. The second time was to replace the underlayment on half my roof. In addition to the two times I've used their services, the previous owner of my home had also used Preferred to replace the underlayment on other half of the roof years ago. ~Positive notes: Have not had any leaks afterwards. Quality of work was good. Communication through calls and texts were immediate. Pictures of work in progress was provided to me through text. Made extra efforts to satisfy any worries I had. Took actions and decisions to go the extra mile exhibiting pride of work. No price gouging going in here. You can feel comfortable knowing that any price that they quote will be fair. ~ I am super happy with the work they've done for me and I wanted to take the time to write this review to show my appreciation. In regards to the 1 star reviews that they've received, none are from actual customers who have used their services. It's a shame these reviews have the same impact and weight of an actual paying customer who have used their roofing services. “Had a garage door issue at a rental property, motor was unable to lift the door. After describing the issue over the phone with Aaron he quickly assessed that the spring system has failed and would need to schedule a visit to give an accurate quote. We scheduled Aaron along with two other garage service companies. He converted/replaced the torsion spring system, re-programmed the open/close articulation of the motor, and repaired the aluminum garage door panels that were slightly bent from a car rolling into it for a very fair price. The reason why we went with Aaron out of the three, he was not trying to upsell us, his fee for labor, parts, and warranty were fair. He explained the scope of work, how long it would take for him to convert the spring system, and the parts in which he sources it from. Aaron is friendly, professional, knowledgable, competitive, personable, and patient, I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone to inspect, service, and repair their garage system. I look forward to working with him again on my place of residence.“

“You couldn’t ask for a better experience. We had some ideas and thoughts and what we wanted, and we offered many good options at our price point and to meet our need. We were installing solar, and so had some special requests. When our old roof came off, we found the previous rivers had done a really poor quality job. we did have to add some extra services, but they were more than fair. “Ray and his crew did a wonderful job on my new roof on my rental house. He was easy to communicate with and he sent me photos on the progress. I can tell he takes pride in his work. He commenced on time and completed the job as promised and even moved the date up and came on Saturday due to the unexpected and critical Hurricane Hilary which struck on Sunday which was a hugh relief and allowed me to sleep at night knowing my Tenants would be safe. His price was very good and beat out the competition. I had to wait to find out how much the lumber charge for damaged lumber would be and found his price was good. He even picked a nice color flashing for the facia. He did a great job on the garage facia that had become a problem and it looks very nice. I will definitely give Ray a call when it is time to reroof my son's house which he recently purchased. Ray was accommodating when I wanted to upgrade the roofing shingle to another manufacturer which was on back order and had to rescedule and wait for the product to arrive rather than try to talk me out of it and move forward with what he had available.
