The service people are good and helpful. They do a good job. However there is one woman in the office who is not helpful or nice. She is the only reason I stopped using the service. I rarely called but she was always rude. Even when I terminated the service and requested a final bill, she wrote across it, pay your bills. It was my final bill.

We thought we had gophers so we called Rodent Guys. Bruce came out and inspected the yard and did some tests then told us that we didn't have gophers. We had had a mole but it looked like it was gone. No charge. Very honest service. We will definitely call Rodent Guys again if we suspect a problem.

I had them out today to give me a quote. I was pleasantly surprised to have them tell me that although I had gopher tunnels...they were gone! I can't tell you how much I appreciated the honesty. That speaks volumes! So rare these days.
