“I had a couple of technicians come out to replace a faucet and they were looking for the general switch to turn off all the water for the whole rental property home. They looked briefly and couldn’t find it. They didn’t complete the job and asked me to reschedule the appointment. I stayed called the extension they gave me for Ms. Crawford for two days and it always went to voicemail. I sent out an email and a few voicemails and finally received a response. The next technician that came in Wade was great and experienced. He found where to turn off the water and started his work right away. He did replace the hot and cold valves also because they were frozen shut. Wade did an excellent job replacing the faucet and valves and did his job quickly.“
