“I am happy to say that I am pain free and back to enjoying my daily activities. A few months ago I had started having this pain in my hip, which slowly became a pain down my left leg, making it difficult for me to walk. I work standing up and I got to a point that not only could I not lift any weights and enjoy my workouts but I couldn't stand for any length of time. Eventually the pain got so bad that I couldn't sleep. This is when I knew that I needed to see a physical therapist.

I chose to walk into Strive because a friend of mine had told me about them and they had really helped him as well. I walked and was immediately impressed with their nice clean facility. The front desk and they right away scheduled me for an evaluation appointment with their physical therapist, Jermaine, that same week.

She sat down with me and listened to all my symptoms and quickly ran a series of test in an attempt to narrow down what exactly was going on. Of course I had googled my symptoms like we all do and tried the YouTube video treatments haha but I was glad to finally be in the hands of a professional. After she ran her test she determined that I might be dealing with a weak pelvic floor. She began her treatment giving a series of stretches and exercises that weren't going to make it worse and they seemed to help even just in that first session. Over the next couple weeks (I saw her twice per week) she slowly helped me progress to other exercises that were really helping strengthen my pelvic floor and my pain slowly began to improve. Every time I went in she asked me how I was doing and that helped me feel that she really cares about her patients.

Here I am 5 weeks later and my pain is non-existent! I am so happy to be back to enjoying my everyday activities!“

This gives the instructor time for critiques and helpful suggestions which is really helpful in this journey. I am getting stronger and feeling better about myself which I’m so thankful for.

There is a building, HOWEVER UBER DRIVERS OR OTHER DRIVERS only get directions for 100 FEET SOUTH of actual address and on the APPS YOU HAVE TO WALK TO THEM!!Other than that the ORTHOPEDIC doctors office is and has been SUPERB! They helped me with everything and were extremely cordial, well mannered, facility well maintained. Did not care for the wait time as it was 1st thing in the morning and had to wait over an hour, but it was an excellent place for me personally to go to. Please thank the staff as well, they are very helpful.“
