Chris was very professional, and fully explained the condition and need for replacement of my 65 year old furnace. He went over my options thoroughly and offered his advice with no hard sale tactics. Chris is also personable, and just a really nice man.
I'm truly not one to take the time to write a review, but when you find a company that from the beginning to the end makes you feel like family then that company is a keeper. Northstar came out fixed my ac unit, explained the issue to me. Gave me options to repair verses replace answered all my questions with no hard sale. I am so happy I called them. I recommend them to everyone.
Rick/Macgyver did a great job explaining what was wrong with our AC unit as well as explain the various options we could take to get our AC up & running again. He was very knowledgeable and didn't speak above our understanding, nor did he apply any hard sales methods on us. Thank you Northstar Plumbing, Heating, and A/C servicing.
