I purchased a complete Rainsoft water treatment system from Lifetime Solutions. In my area, the water is very hard, with lots of chlorine and a very high TDS count. The system was installed 22 months ago. Now my water is amazing - soft water with absolutely no chlorine, and the TDS is within the excellent range, below 50 ppm. In 22 months, I've only had 1 service request. My issue was resolved in 48 hours. I couldn't be happier with Rainsoft's products & Lifetime Solutions' service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I called one time and was able to make an appointment. Morning of they called and gave me my window for arrival. They showed up during that window. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I was asking lots of questions while he was working. Now the price is not cheap. Those reviews are true but those filters are not cheap to begin with. You can save money and just buy the filters and change them yourself.

We came across this water system because we were looking into changing our situation of having doubts about the water we were drinking, specially affecting my husband's heath. We called them and AJ came to see us, he's not only a sales representative, he's an expert in water systems. He came on time and was very patient with our questions. We purchased the system which is not cheap, but I can say it's worth every penny. We are feeling the difference and it's so much better. They included biodegradable cleaning products that will be good for many years. We're very grateful for the whole experience, the techs installers were amazing. We're very happy.
