When our gas line was found to be leaking, the gas company immediately shut off our supply, leaving us without everything we normally rely on for daily living. My immediate assumption was that any plumber I called was obviously going to tack on a huge emergency service fee to rush out and fix our situation. I googled and tried to find someone that would answer or return my voicemail. Lo and behold, I soon got a callback from a left voicemail.....and it was Issac....even though it was late at night. He immediately came over in his personal vehicle, and surveyed our situation. His crew was on the job first thing in the morning, and the job of replacing the mainline and replacing our stove hookup fitting took only 48 hours to completion. Additionally, there was NO rush service fee.....and he honestly explained that helping others at an honest charge without gouging to get rich....was something that he embedded in his sons to teach ethical professionalism and that life is truly about helping others........without expecting anything in return......except fair payment for a hard day's work.
We were in a pinch with a house guest about to arrive and a low flushing/no flushing toilet. Isaac & Sons was recommended to us by our contractor. We had picked out a new toilet and left it at Lowe’s to be picked up. Isaac and his son picked up the toilet and met me at our home ready to install it. They were quick, efficient, friendly and professional. They came in and removed and hauled away the old toilet and installed the new one. They got the job done and cleaned up after themselves leaving no evidence of the earlier disaster toilet behind. Isaac was friendly and explained exactly what he was doing while he was doing it. The price quoted was the price charged. Him and his son were in and out and left us with a flushing toilet once again. We highly recommend Isaac and his company. We will definitely be using them in the future as our plumbers of choice.
