In the year 2002, that is correct, 21 years ago Gary Parker's team did work on my cinderblock wall. I have been spending time filing and came across my proposal and contract. I thought it would be important to let folks know that the work that they did Over 20 years ago still stands as excellent work. His teams work has stood the test of time for sure.
