I've been with Dr. Bachoura for over 10 years. My new NP Dominique is great. She's professional, thorough and personable. I always walk out feeling I've been cared for. Desk staff is equally welcoming and listens to patient concerns.

Dr Bachoura is a great doctor. She has been my doctor for over 20 years and is now my mom's doctor as well. She listens to concerns and is very up to date with medical advice and prescriptions. I would not want to go to anyone else.

The first few visits were fine. I didn't find the staff as rude. Dr. B is great but after the initial appointment the NP takes over. NP is always rushed and does not actually listen to the concerns of the patient. During my last visit she was visible annoyed by my questions regarding my pain and concerns. So much so she actually made gestures of exasperation when I was describing my pain. Then she asked what tests I want to get done, TO CHOOSE WHICH WAS MORE PAINFUL because I guess sending me to do various testing is not a thing (never had this issue before).
