It's been so cold & I had my heater stop working. I called Advanced & they had a technician at my house that same day. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly & the repair was done within the hour. I've never had a company be this efficient with their service. Thank you again Advanced for the awesome service!
What an awesome service , the experience was great from beginning to end . I was filled in on every aspect of my repair . Eddie came out and was well mannered and knowledgeable . I'm diffenetly sticking with advanced air for all my future hvac calls .
I called Advanced because my furnace wasn't working. They responded quickly and were able to send someone next day to see what the problem was. The technician Sergio was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had the gas valve on his van so didn't have to wait long. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was causing the problem. We really appreciate their prompt service and professionalism. Definitely recommend
