Gosh I miss this place and so glad it is still in business. I used to go there sometimes twice a day in the morning and the evening classes. They taught me handstands so fast which I thought I could never do. And by not teaching but allowing you to figure it out with proper guidance at your own pace. The perfect neighborhood yoga studio. Yoga One really stands out because of its inclusive vibe. I love that the students and teachers are always *real* people, not just perfectly chiseled bodies in matched sets. It's welcoming for everyone — from seniors, to pregnant people, complete beginners or advanced yogis. The instructors know their stuff and radiate positivity, and it’s a place where everyone can feel comfortable and included.

I take the online classes with Missy and it’s been incredible! I’ve watched tons of teachers on YouTube but being in an actual class had a big impact on me, I just love it. Her teaching style is perfect, the tranquility and peace that comes through is absolutely amazing, she transitions beautifully between quiet somber moments to lighthearted fun so it’s just perfect for me! Try it out you won’t be disappointed!
