Booked an appointment here for my annual birthday facial (first time here) after walking by one day & seeing how cute this place was, especially with the Alice in wonderland theme! The atmosphere was just as beautiful inside, if not more! Kelsey went above and beyond with my facial, making sure my sensitive skin would be good for everything she had in mind. I got a facial here five years ago for my birthday with Adriana, and I’ve been going back ever since! Not only is she such a warm and calming presence, making the entire experience incredibly relaxing, but she is so talented and really customizes the experience to you. My go to gift for my favorite people are gift cards to go see Adriana, and now all the ladies in my life go to her. I actually moved away from San Diego, but any time I’m back, I text her first to be sure I get an appointment in! It’s my favorite self care and I absolutely love going!

Kelsey is a saint! Not only was she accommodating with our appointment day/ time but her kindness made my niece so comfortable, that she gushed the entire way home about her experience. I took my niece in for a facial. Kelsey had some great recommendations and the techniques were exactly what my niece was looking for. The whole place is adorable and OMG the chocolate! Yes. We will DEFINITELY be visiting again.
