Eh, this place is OK. The front desk staff is fine. Not rude, not overly nice. Just fine. No small talk, no real pleasantries. The office has moved since I went to this practice a couple of months ago. They have relocated from Hillcrest to Mission Valley. The office I went to was nice, clean, and they have a cool fish tank to stare at while you wait to be billed. That is if your face isn't buried in your phone. Both times I went, the assistants were nice. They were personable and efficient. The first time I went was for a skin check(to make sure everything looked okay as I have moles here and there). I recently visited Dr. Hemperly to make sure all is well since I have many years of surfing and try to stay on top of any potential skin issues. His assistant Dominique was top notch and upheld the level of care from West Dermatology. She is a great addition to the team. Thank you both for your care. See you next time. JG
Highly recommend! The entire staff is awesome!! I had a horrible skin cancer experience in 2019, lots of surgery. My surgeon & oncologist both recommended this place as I need full skin cancer checks every 6 months. Been here ever since & I can say I truly trust the care I receive here.
