Everyone working here was super cool and friendly. The optometrist got my prescription right!! She was very informative too. I had been using the wrong prescription for a while prior to this (got it from another store) and it was so nice to see clearly again lol. You can tell the guy in the front right side that gives out the glasses to ppl rly knows what he is talking about it too.
My wife referred me to Acuity Eye Group on Convoy (San Diego) and really happy she did. Each member of the staff is nice, friendly, and comes across as genuinely caring. In the past, I'm used to going to the eye doctor every 2 years or so but as I'm getting older, I'll need more frequent check ups. Grateful to find a place that feels caring, sincere, and accepts my insurance!! ???
Well run office with great people! Ive been going here for a few years and I really like Dr. Auto. She's very personable and great at explaining things. I went to another Dr and they messed up my prescription. I came back to Aoto and she fixed it for me.The optician George, was also great to work with. I ordered prescription Oakleys and wanted the mirror finish like they come with. With prescription, it required additional finishes that wasn't easy to recreate. He helped me choose the finishes, and worked with the lab to get them applied. Initially, the lab thought it wasn't possible but George coordinated and was able to get the glasses completed.
