John did an excellent job for us on two major bathroom remodeling projects here in Carlsbad. He worked closely with us and our designer to develop a detailed cost estimate from our scope of work and then went on to deliver the projects on time and on budget. He did a great job working with the three subcontractors used on the project to ensure things ran smoothly and the quality of the work was as expected. I was not certain I wanted to hire a general contractor at first, since I am a spendthrift and figured I could just manage the remodel of my three bathrooms myself.
