I had a great experience with SD Fat Loss. The communication and response time was excellent. I lost 12% of my weight in the 60 days of reduction. I found it easy to adhere to and never felt hungry. I looked forward to my weigh ins and the daily content that arrived every morning in the app for education and motivation.
Weight loss always been an issue. SD Fat Loss. Has simplified the way I loss weight. It was strict, but very effective. I enjoyed the food suggestion, and recipes were great. Been able to maintain better than in the past
