Attempted to close my account adinistered by Voya. Voya claims to have mailed a check. Check not received. It is important to note that at time of allegedly SUCCESSFULLY closing account. Voya did not request SSN number just employee ID number. Voya claims to have mailed a final check October of 2023. Check NOT receioved as of April 2024. Because the "check" Voyy pretends to have sent was not received, Voya is NOW demanding SSN via telephone, insists that SSN can only be inputted by telephone. Not online. Not with help of a voya employee. The GAME is this: Voya's system will NOT recognize SSN input by phone. Voya insists it needs social security number inputted... read full review

I would put no stars but I can't. Real bad service this is the type of company that will take for ever to give you your retirement money just to see if you don't die first so they can keep the money I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING REAL BAD SERVICE IM STILL WAITING ON MY CHECK ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS AND HAVENT RECEIVED MY CHECK

I am sooo glad I saw this! Do companies that send our money to companies like Voya see the bad reviews or try to communicate with Voya? I was sent a letter about the HRA plan from Voya. I called to ask a question. The lady did NOT want to help me! She sounded like she was at home and she just wanted to stop "working" if that is what you call it. She didn't like that I wanted an answer, so she put me on hold and after 11 minutes, it hung up. I called back and another person gave me what might be the answer to my question, and I told her my experience and would like to speak with a supervisor. So, this was at 4:05 p.m. for the first call and 4:17 p.m.... read full review
