Thank you Nick (Vet assistant) and Dr. Jack Gedymin (DVM) for taking great care of my dog, Loki and gives a very detailed and thorough examination on him. Also want to give a shoutout to the rest of the amazing team such as Marcena (the admin staff).All are very friendly and professional. I will recommend anyone in the local area to go to them if your pet needs special care after hours. Their charge is more reasonable than other urgent care clinic and a much much more through and accurate health assessment. I will give 10/10

I took my dog Vana here for a hernia surgery and to be spayed. After the swelling went down I still saw a bump on her stomach and thought it was just swelling. I called to bring her in and they nickle and dimed me. They said I would have to redo the whole proces pay for scans, surgery and emergency services. I guess their work isn’t guaranteed. I’m sooo upset because I paid 7500 for the first surgery and now I’m broke and my baby is still sick!!! I really hope she doesn’t get worse. I spent everything I had on the first surgery.Update: they took my dog no charge and fixed the surgery she is doing great!!! Thank you

My pup Boomer was dealing what we thought was a UTI of some sort but was not getting better. He would go outside for hours at a time attempting to pee with very little success. After draining over 1 litter of fluid from his bladder, my primary vet suggested I take him to VEG in Encinitas. I was there for a few hours and after an ultra sound they could not figure out if his inability to pee involved his prostate. They recommended I take him to see a specialist at the Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Sorrento Valley.
