Google Maps pictures make this look like a store.... but on 7/2/2024 I called and asked Do You Sell To The Public? And Mike said "Sorry we do not". And, he does not know of anyone who does! Is this real? I googled Retail hvac parts san diego and this came up so....phooey!
Absolutely terrible. They were unfriendly and rude. Useless and worthless! My cousin is on his brother’s account and he told them the business name, address and everyone in the account and they wouldn’t sell us a $5 part for cash. They wanted a photo ID for proof. I highly recommend to steer clear of this place. They don’t know what customer service is. They don’t want your business.
