I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am that I went to Ultimate Hair Dynamics. I only wish I would have gone sooner. A female friend of mine who knew I was not happy with the way I looked, due to balding, suggested I give Ultimate Hair a try. I told her I was concerned that people would know I was wearing a wig (hair piece). I was so wrong. My life has changed for the better. It is amazing how much better people treat you with a full head of hair. I look 10 years younger. The Customer service is just over the top!!! Randy the owner was Great. He answered all my questions and than some.If you are a man who is bald or balding this is the place you need to go.

I went to Ultimate Hair Dynamics thinking that I would be getting a simple hair piece. Instead… at Ultimate Hair Dynamics they were very detailed. They took measurements of my head, the thickness of my hair and payed close attention to my natural hair color. This hair enhancer has saved me hours of getting ready for work.… Not just work…Everything! . My boyfriend loves my hair enhancer because he doesn’t have to wait as long for me to get ready anymore!! I have trich and was purchasing toppers online. About 2 years ago, I decided to go to UHD after reviewing Yelp feedback. I cannot say enough great things about this company. I was extremely nervous about letting anyone see me without my topper, and was concerned about how I would be perceived due to my trich. However, from the beginning of the experience to the end, Randy and his team were gracious and kind. Randy was helpful in explaining the process to me, and looked at my current topper to explain how his products differed but in a much better way. I received the topper about 3 mos later, and was so happy about how it turned out. The care and service that they provide is top notch! I felt comfortable that they had only the best intentions for me and I trusted their advice completely. Two years later, I decided to come back for a back-up pair. Randy was so kind on making time to see me due to my hectic schedule. He explained how they would also look at the existing topper and update it until I received my new one. I never realized that they could be "upgraded" but I was so glad that he offered to help me with the old topper. I have to say that it is rare for me to trust a business without having any doubts or concerns. But Randy is the real deal, and there is a reason his business has lasted so many years. He is kind, honest, and his prices are reasonable for the high quality hair that you received. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!
