Appointments for initial check up are months away. , Appointment for a procedure ordered by a doctor are still months away . The quality is poor how is this possible in this day It was bad enough that the first facility had no parking , so you are made to find parking somewhere on the streets. I had to park 2 blocks away. Then the test that the doctor orders for my heart is almost 4 months out ? For a 15 minute or less procedure ? You are telling me this is acceptable? The quality and the sense of urgency is poor. FYI. I did call back got the run around and was told I would be called back by a scheduler. It's a week now

I've loved every appointment with the UCSD Hillcrest team. Never a wait, and the staff know you by name. Leah with office admin is amazing, and always on top of things. Angie our normal nurse is such a kind person and made us excited to come back for appointments. The doctors are great too - we especially enjoyed care by Dr. Samantha Thomson. Thank you to this wonderful team for a great experience during my pregnancy!

I cant even expess how much i just love this team. I am so glad i transferred from SY health to UCSD because this team treats you like family from ther very moment you enter the clinic the check in Leah is always a pleassure as well as the whole experience with the rest of the staff such as the assistant the nurse and the physicians are so loving. My last day was today prior to having my baby and i just wanted to cry they made my whole pregnancy so special thank you guys so much
