I was a walk in but they gave me an appointment for later in the morning so I had time to complete the online check in before the appt.I arrived, hardly any wait, seen by the side for the basic checks, then the Nurse Practitioner who diagnosed problem and sent Rx to local pharmacy.The whole staff were friendly and welcoming and efficient.Note the front door is locked and you have to press the bell to get access. You have to pull the door open. I was pushing to start with so didn't get in at first!
This was a five-star place to me!! Great facility in a good location, with parking for which they validate, and friendly staff! I was able to book an appointment online the night before and update all the paperwork there, so check-in was brief. I was taken for exam at my scheduled time to a very clean orderly room and everything was explained thoroughly to me! I was very happy with my treatment, it resolved my problem, and my prescription was waiting for me at the pharmacy of my choice when I arrived there GREAT experience!! Highly recommend!!
Felt symptoms of strep throat when I woke up yesterday; at 0915 I was able to register for a walk-in "save my spot" for 1015 and was seen immediately upon check-in. Had a rapid test done for strep and was out of the office and heading to the pharmacy within the hour! Very efficient and clean.
