The Rancho Bernardo UBS (Excel Wealth Management) - 3 thumbs down! is very unprofessional. So much so that I don't trust them with my money. My advisor couldn't answer the most basic questions about my account and didn't bother to look it up. The whole office seems confused as to what their job is and don't provide even basic customer service. It's like one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. They also don't return phone calls which is ludicrous. Financial Advisor is only a title to them and they provide no help to the client. What am I paying them for? Stress?

Called three times to the Rancho Bernardo location won't return my calls. Been with UBS for over 20 years. Worst service ever.
