I was excited to try this new salon in my neighborhood, I loved that they do so many varieties of designs and the artistic side to it but after having my new set for 5 days two nails popped off so I glued them back on with my own nail glue at home and then the next day another nail from a different finger popped off. The owner Brian was so friendly but I've never had this problem with any other salons I go to in the neighborhood so I won't be going back unfortunately :( UPDATE: I received a phone call from Brian immediately after leaving my review, he was so kind and friendly. He offered to make things right with a new set of nails, I haven't gone back... read full review
FINALLY!!! We found a nail salon that is not just great at customer interaction, it is also great at the the execution of their services. We've tried 4 nail salons before this and they were not bad but definitely not great. Thank you to Thi, Kathy, Will, Jessie for catering to us and thank you to Ryan (owner) for having such a positive disposition. Great team!!! A++++
My nails turned out beautifully. The manager asked what I wanted and made sure that I got it exactly how I liked it. He even came back several times to check to make sure everything was OK. I reallyappreciated that. Love my nails
