We had the service for about 2 years. Over that time my back lawn was slowly but completely taken over by weeds. I asked the guy that came out about different treatments to get rid of the weeds, but every time he came out he just did the same thing as before with the same notes & same results. Our lawn got worse over the time they serviced it. I wouldn't recommend them.Services: Grass seeding

The crew that did the work was great. On time, courteous, good job. The corporate process of scheduling the service is terrible. Do NOT get a quote or sign up OVER THE PHONE, THE SALES PEOPLE WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP. When techs come you get a completely different plan and get upsold.After reading the other reviews, they do not appear to be making any effort to improve the customer service call centers

Awful experience. I had a simple slam dunk of a job to aerate my lawn (700sf). I called on 8/4 and was told it would be scheduled in the next 5 days. 5 days passed,...crickets. I called on 8/15 and was told it would happen by 8/22. Again, no call or service. I called on 8/24 and was told it will happen on 8/30,.....do you think I was d*** enough to trust them? Heck no. I canceled the service and have my fingers crossed they actually return my money.This is one of those big nationwide conglomerate type companies that has "the name" but zero customer service.
