What a joke. Shame on me. Believe the reviews. Signed up for 7 lawn services (fertilizer and weed treatment) received fertilizer and weed treatment was applied to the perimeter not to whole lawn. Never received the “assessment” or “treatment for my unique lawn.” Received notification that I completed 1 of 5 treatments which is incorrect from my contract. Every employee has given me a different answer to get someone back to my house to spray the rest of my yard. I have tried every avenue for help, phone, chat and email. No results. Feels like a scam! They’ll take your money though. The concept is good but the effort is awful.

We had the service for about 2 years. Over that time my back lawn was slowly but completely taken over by weeds. I asked the guy that came out about different treatments to get rid of the weeds, but every time he came out he just did the same thing as before with the same notes & same results. Our lawn got worse over the time they serviced it. I wouldn't recommend them.Services: Grass seeding

The crew that did the work was great. On time, courteous, good job. The corporate process of scheduling the service is terrible. Do NOT get a quote or sign up OVER THE PHONE, THE SALES PEOPLE WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP. When techs come you get a completely different plan and get upsold.After reading the other reviews, they do not appear to be making any effort to improve the customer service call centers
